Shop: Price adjustment and waiver of extra costs when buying

    The new year 2018 begins and new legal regulations are comming.

    One of these regulations also applies to this shop. On 13 January 2018, the "Gesetz zur Umsetzung der zweiten Zahlungsdiensterichtlinie" become effective. This new rule bans extra cash costs.
    Although this does not affect PayPal according to current opinion, however, it would lead to confusion in the future, if here in the Shop still extra costs are raised.

    As almost always PayPal is used as the main payment methode, I have taken into account the usual extra costs (transaction costs) in the final price and set the same to 0.
