so... on your webserver, Can you open the file mediaprovider.scss in the folder style?

In that file please change

CSS

.ExternalVideofiles, .ExternalVideofiles video {
            padding-bottom: 0%;
            height: 315px !important;
            max-width: 560px !important;
        }

to

CSS

.ExternalVideofiles {
    padding-bottom: 0%;
    
    .mejs__video:not(.mejs__container-fullscreen), .mejs__video:not(.mejs__container-fullscreen) video {
        height: 315px !important;
        max-width: 560px !important;
    }
}

Please clear the cache afterwards.
