Tickets are created and handled in a specially secured section of the forum. Only you and the Destinaja team have access to your tickets. Even sharing the link with third parties will not grant them access.


Please describe your issue as briefly and clearly as possible to avoid any misunderstandings. We also kindly ask you not to include any login credentials in your message unless specifically requested by us.
